Salt Life Villa
The location is amazing. You can hear the waves from the beach and see the ocean from your patio. The complex has an amazing pool and a gated security guard for added security. This was by far the best stocked vacation rental we have ever had! The kitchen had every possible gadget and item to cook any meal at home including basic staples like salt and olive oil. There were more than enough towels and we used the beach toys and sun shades every day. The beach was a 3 minute walk. The host was attentive and nearby which makes a big difference! Next time we vacation we will be specifically looking for a property managed by Eden Properties.

Villa Vida Elevada
We stayed at Villa Vida Elevada, in the Tierra Pacifica community. The Villa is a large, well equipped house; big enough for a large family or small group. The house and property appear to be well maintained. The Eden Properties staff was very helpful. Marian shopped for us so that we had food available on our first morning (we had a late arrival the night before). And Chiara answered our many questions and helped arrange a rental car for use during our stay. Everyone we met was professional and courteous, and worked to make sure we were happy with our stay there.

Incredibly well maintained property and managed by Marian who was extremely helpful. We ran into several Problems with attempting to book through Airbnb and Eden was prompt to assist with our reservation request and help correct a booking error we made. Very responsive and helpful.
