DESCRIPTION: This charming 2BDR 1BTH house is only a short 5 min walk from the beach in Playa Junquillal, a town known for its nature preservation efforts, sunshine, and incredibly breath taking natural beauty. ​ Total occupancy of 4 people. Casa Margarita's covered patio with seating and dining area offers views to the tropical garden. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other a queen sized bed. ​ Both bedrooms have A/C and a large closet. Casa Margarita also has an upstairs open air patio, adding more seating and dining space to the house.

Reservation policy:
A 50% deposit must be received upon the time of reservation, the remaining balance needs to be paid 60 days before your arrival. (If the reservation is booked within 60 days before check-in, the transfer should be made in full).

Cancellation policy:
Please note that cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of their payment. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the dates can be re-rented for the same amount as the original reservation.
