The property comprises two houses that share a pool, outdoor dining, and grilling area, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. ​The larger villa, Kami, features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a powder room, while the second villa, Casa Anda, boasts two bedrooms and two baths. Both villas are fully equipped with kitchens, laundry facilities, and outdoor patios. The property is conveniently located just one mile from Playa Callejones, a well-kept secret, and other popular beaches such as Junquillal, Avellanas, Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Flamingo, and Coco are all within a short drive. Casa Kami and Casa Anda can be rented together or individually, providing flexibility for guests.

Reservation policy:
A 50% deposit must be received upon the time of reservation, the remaining balance needs to be paid 60 days before your arrival. (If the reservation is booked within 60 days before check-in, the transfer should be made in full).

Cancellation policy:
Please note that cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of their payment. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the dates can be re-rented for the same amount as the original reservation.
