We offer Short-Term and Long-Term rental programs with reservation services, including guest solicitation, inquiries, bookings, rental agreements, deposits, cancellations, and seasonal rates via our website and booking engines.
MARKETING
Units will be listed on Eden's website and external booking engines. We will implement sales and marketing programs to attract renters and increase revenue. Professional property photographs are also available for a one-time fee.
HOUSEKEEPING
Cleaning services are a part of our Rental Program, as well as being available on demand for Owners, Owner's Guests and Renters.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Regular inspections will be performed by housekeeping and maintenance staff.​ Deep cleanings and inventory control will be scheduled as well.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
Performed promptly and as needed.
From basic "handyman" repairs to complex sub-contracted solutions like:​

UTILITY / BILL PAYMENT

CONCIERGE SERVICE
Let our local knowledge help arrange your vacation! From tours and activities to in-house services. Available for Owners, Guests and Renters. We also offer pre-arrival food!
ACCOUNTING
Get monthly and yearly statements on your property's performance, including tracked expenses, revenue, and owner contributions with documentation. Our professional platform offers clients access to all recorded statements, a calendar for their units, and additional features.
