Additionally, these two rooms have sliding glass doors that open to an outdoor area with seating and a bocce ball grass carpet which extends the length of the two rooms and connects them from the outside, overlooking a fun game or the beautiful garden! The bedrooms also feature ensuite baths and modern waterfall showers. Essentially, "Azul Suite" and "Verde Suite" can be used as independent units in that they have their own private amenities.
DESCRIPTION Second floor: Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas: The living and dining areas are adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. The terrace w/ seating area and grill can be accessed through the sliding glass doors in the kitchen. Enjoy the view of the property and its beautiful trees. Primary Suite: Spacious room with a king size bed, and custom-made wooden closets offering ample storage. A special feature of this room is the large window bench. It also has an en-suite bath complete with a his-and-hers vanity design and a waterfall shower. Third floor: “The entertainment room”: A second living room is located nestled above the rest of the house, this delightful room features a cozy couch, Smart TV, card/game table and a dedicated workspace. Sliding glass doors open out to the third story terrace where the views of the treetops are spectacular!

Reservation policy:
A 50% deposit must be received upon the time of reservation, the remaining balance needs to be paid 60 days before your arrival. (If the reservation is booked within 60 days before check-in, the transfer should be made in full).
Cancellation policy:
Please note that cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of their payment. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the dates can be re-rented for the same amount as the original reservation.
