Rental Program
Short-Term and Long-Term rental programs available. Providing reservation services where Reservations are processed including: Solicitation of guests – communication – Inquiries – Bookings – Rental Agreements – Deposits – Cancellations – Seasonal rates through our website and various booking engines.
Marketing
All units will be published on Eden’s website as well as on external booking engines.

Housekeeping
Cleaning services are a part of our Rental Program, as well as being available on demand for Owners, Owner’s Guests and Renters.
Property inspections
Regular inspections will be performedon a day-to-day basis byhousekeeping and maintenance staff.Deep cleanings and inventory control will be scheduled as well.
