Additionally, these two rooms have sliding glass doors that open to an outdoor area with seating and a bocce ball grass carpet which extends the length of the two rooms and connects them from the outside, overlooking a fun game or the beautiful garden! Essentially, "Verde Suite" and "Azul Suite" can be used as independent units in that they have their own private amenities. Each suite is equipped with a ceiling fan plus a mini-split AC unit for comfortable sleeping.

SECOND FLOOR:

Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas:

The living and dining areas are adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. This sensational design features three places to enjoy meals; the beautiful custom wrap-a-round tropical wood counter which seats four, the smaller wood counter opposite to the living room which seats two, and the exquisite dining room table area which comfortably seats six.
The terrace w/ seating area and grill can be accessed through the sliding glass doors in the kitchen. Enjoy the view of the property and its beautiful trees. We have security cameras at the property, all outside the house, facing outward. The locations are:
-Above the garage facing the driveway.
-Side sliding door, facing the paved walkway and yard.
-Back patio, facing the paved and lawn area.
