THE SPACE
Casa Rumah is a two-villa property, perfect for large family vacations or surf trips with friends.
Each unit is equipped with full modern kitchens and spacious interiors and are connected via a delightful pool deck. Washer/Dryers can be found off each kitchen area. A/Cs are found in each bedroom and both main living areas, fans are also located in each bedroom, living areas and outdoor patios.

Upon entering the grounds the largest of the 2 villas welcomes you and sets the tone with vaulted wood-covered ceilings, cool concrete floors, modern kitchen, and a large open floor plan living/dining. This main house has 2 large bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms as well as a powder room for guests. The primary bedroom, with its stunning views and direct access to the pool, has a King sized bed, a sofa bed (ideal for parents with small children), large TV and full sized desk for remote work. The second bedroom's custom made bunk beds sleeps 3 comfortably. There is a spacious outdoor terrace with an oversized dining table and comfortable lounge area where all can come together for meals, drinks or just enjoy the scenery.

The second villa is situated just across the pool towards the back of the property. Vaulted wood-covered ceilings, concrete floors, modern kitchen and open floor plans continue in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury unit. The primary bedroom has a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool, while the secondary bedroom is furnished with 2 full sized beds. The cozy living room is equipped with a large TV and comfy sofa bed. This villa also has a large covered terrace, a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning listening to the monkeys or parrots overhead.

Enjoy taking a dip in the dazzling pool or relaxing on one of lounge chairs. There is also a grilling area for BBQs by the pool and an outdoor shower to rinse feet, boards and. everything in between.

Best kept secret Playa Callejones is a marvelous beach just 1-mile down the road; Playa Negra, known for its world-class waves and beach breaks is a surfers paradise just 6 min away. Other well known beaches such as Tamarindo, Avellanas, Junquillal, Flamingo and Coco are all within a short drive.

Depending on the length of stay, guests can arrange to have delivery of fresh fish, fruits and veggies, extra cleaning services or personal meal preparation.

There is a small market not far from the property to get the basics, and if you're not in the mood to cook there are several restaurants a stone's throw away ranging from local fixings to 5-star dining.
