Guests enjoy full access to the home and its outdoor spaces, with areas opened based on group size (see below).
1–2 Guests
• Access to upstairs areas: kitchen, living room, master bedroom, bathrooms, and all outdoor spaces.
• Add extra bedrooms for $60/night per room.
3–4 Guests
• Includes all of the above plus one downstairs bedroom with a private bathroom.
• Additional bedrooms available for $60/night per room.
5–6 Guests
• Full access to the entire villa, including all bedrooms and bathrooms.

• The two guest bedrooms by the pool are not recommended for unsupervised children under 12.
